This page explains what data is collected when you browse excellent.ma or request a quote, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
excellent.ma is published by Excellent.ma, based in Agadir, Souss-Massa, Morocco. For any privacy request: contact@excellent.ma.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. No user account is created and no payment is processed on this site.
Contact form: name, how we can reach you (email or phone), town or district, service type and the message you write.
WhatsApp and phone: whatever you choose to send us when you tap a contact button, including photos you send to get a quote.
Analytics: pages viewed, traffic source, device type and country. This is only enabled with your consent (see below) and does not identify individuals.
Answering a quote request and organising the job: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Measuring site traffic to improve pages and services: your consent, given through the banner and withdrawable at any time.
We run no targeted advertising, no data resale and no advertising profiling.
Before you choose, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set: the page contacts no third party.
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) receives aggregated visit statistics and sets _ga cookies for up to 13 months.
If you decline, measurement stays off entirely. Your choice is stored locally in your browser; you can change it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Contact details are used only to handle your request: they are never sold or passed on for commercial purposes.
Retention: quote requests and related messages for 3 years after the last contact; visit statistics for 14 months.
The site is served over HTTPS only. Conversations with our teams use the channel you picked (phone, WhatsApp, email).
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to processing. Write to contact@excellent.ma; we reply within one month at most.
If you live in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies. In Morocco, law 09-08 on personal data protection applies and you may contact the CNDP.
