How it works
- You describe the home (neighbourhood, rooms, pets) on WhatsApp, with photos if possible.
- We confirm a slot (9 am–8 pm, 7 days) and the agent who will come, by first name.
- The agent cleans the agreed checklist: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces; products included or yours.
- You receive photos of the finished rooms on WhatsApp, and payment happens after your check.
What changes the quote
Surface, access (floor, lift, parking), initial condition, frequency, products and waste removal. A visit or photos let us price the real time; the written quote fixes the scope before work starts.
Checks and follow-up
A supervisor checks sensitive points (corners, joints, glazing, bathrooms) and sends a photo summary. If something is missed, it is redone on the next visit or flagged the same day. Access notes and instructions are kept for the next job.
House cleaning can be one-off or recurring. The quote lists rooms, tasks and frequency: routine cleaning, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and, if requested, ironing. It does not replace a spring deep clean or post-construction work. Hours, access and pets are confirmed in advance. If the planned cleaner is unavailable, a replacement is proposed; written instructions stay the same so the service level does not drop.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes: vinegar, black soap (savon noir) and plant-based detergents at no extra cost, on request when booking. The trade-off is drying time — eco products act a bit slower than solvent-based ones, and limescale in Agadir's water means bathrooms need a longer soak. It is the right choice for allergies, babies and pets, and for seaside flats where ventilation carries product smells into bedrooms. Standard products remain available on request; either way, the product list used in your home is documented on the quote.
